Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 7–15 business days

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.

Tracking details may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
ModeraLogic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
